Dr. La Sasso received her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.  She completed a 2-year postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at the UCLA Semel Institute and Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital, where she served as Chief Fellow of the Medical Psychology Assessment Center, conducting inpatient and outpatient assessments for patients with neurological, medical, and psychiatric conditions.  She completed her one-year clinical internship at UCLA (with a focus on Major Mental Illness) which, along with externship training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, provided a specialty in psychodiagnostic assessment.  Dr. La Sasso received extensive further training through the UCLA Eating Disorders Program and, in addition to her work with Advanced Neurobehavioral Health, has a therapy practice treating adults with eating disorders.  She is also an adjunct faculty member at Pepperdine University.  Dr. La Sasso has a Master’s Degree from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin and Marshall College in Pennsylvania.
